Remote Counter and Rental Clerk (Real Estate & Leasing)

Turing is looking for candidates with solid experience in rental operations, customer service, and transaction handling. Role overview: In this role, you will work on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and communication skills. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, streamline rental workflows, and enhance customer experience. What does day\-to\-day look like: Design and solve real\-world rental and customer service scenarios to test AI reasoning. Write clear, structured solutions covering rental agreements, payment processing, client communication, and issue resolution. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of rental workflows, pricing discussions, and service interactions. Requirements: 4\+ years of experience as a Counter Clerk, Rental Associate, or Customer Service Representative in a rental or property\-related business. Comfortable using web\-based tools for data review and annotation. Strong English communication and reasoning skills. Ability to explain customer\-facing processes clearly using structured reasoning.
