Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as an Assessor of Crisis Stabilization SAIOP 2\.1, PSR, ACT, Mental Skill building, PHP 2\.5, Residential 3\.1\. Responsible for direct service care to individuals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1\. Conduct clinical assessments. 2\. Develop individual service plan. 3\. Develop service authorizations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Master’s Degree in related field (social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, human services counseling, and substance abuse.) Licensed Clinical Social Worker Experience: A minimum of five (5\) years’ experience in clinical delivery of services. At least one year of this experience must have been supervisory, management or administrative experience. Skills: Documentation of Licensure and completion of substance abuse training. Machines And Equipment To Be Used: Computers, calculators, fax machines, copiers, telephone, and a variety of other office/clerical equipment. Typical Physical Demands: Required manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machine such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone, and other office and/or clerical equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and vision. Typical Mental Demands: Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action plans. Must understand people from all walks of life and be able to communicate effectively with them. Working Conditions: Flexible hours to meet job demands.
