Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative and/or sales rep to join our team. This is a work as much as you would like and commission based. It also has a flavor of sales in outbound emails. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer\-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and feedback. Accurately enter data into our systems while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions in the office database. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services. Experience Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with computerized systems for managing client information. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone. Experience in outbound calling is a plus but not required.
