Entry-Level Brand Ambassador- State Fair Activation

Evently Staffing is hiring outgoing, energetic and dependable Brand Ambassadors to join our team for an interactive, multi\-week activation at the State Fair of Texas at Fair Park in Dallas. This is an entry\-level event marketing opportunity. No previous brand ambassador or event experience is required \- training is provided. We're looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy interacting with others and can bring positive energy to a busy, guest\-facing environment. What You'll Do You'll represent a fun, interactive DIY\-focused brand experience while engaging with State Fair attendees throughout your shift. Proactively greet and engage State Fair attendees Invite guests to explore the interactive activation Share basic information about the brand and upcoming event Encourage participation in QR\-code sign\-ups, sweepstakes and promotional activities Assist with email/data capture Encourage social media engagement Assist with branded merchandise and giveaways Keep the activation clean, organized and welcoming Work alongside Evently Staffing shift leads and team members Maintain a friendly, energetic and professional presence You may be a great fit if you are: Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable Reliable and punctual Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable working in a busy outdoor event environment Able to stand and interact with guests for extended periods Comfortable using a phone or tablet for guest interactions Able to follow brand guidelines and talking points Interested in events, marketing, promotions, hospitality or customer service Experience in events, promotions, customer service, hospitality, retail, sales or marketing is welcome, but not required. Schedule September 25 – October 18, 2026 This is a multi\-week activation with multiple scheduling options available. Team members will typically be scheduled for two 12\-hour shifts per week Shifts will generally run approximately 10:00 AM–10:00 PM (longer on weekends) Applicants do not need to be available for all 24 days of the activation Preference will be given to applicants who can commit to two consistent days each week throughout the activation Additional shifts may be available based on scheduling needs and availability * Backup/on\-call team members may also be selected Please only apply if you are comfortable working a 12\-hour event shift and can reliably commit to your scheduled dates. Compensation: $20\.00 per hour Parking: Reimbursed Training Selected team members will complete virtual brand training before their first shift to learn about the activation, brand messaging, guest engagement expectations and daily responsibilities.
