In this position... In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Chief Government Affairs Officer and our Vice President of International Government Affairs. A successful candidate will be self\-directed, resilient, and collaborative, with a high bar for excellence and professionalism. What you’ll do... Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding corporate and personal information. Partner with executives to manage calendars and ensure efficient and effective time management; ensure the executives’ preparedness for meetings and engagements. Serve as the executives’ liaison to internal and external stakeholders, including senior government officials. Coordinate key internal events such as staff meetings, all\-hands meetings, off\-sites, team gatherings, etc., overseeing all calendaring, communication, technology, logistics and related follow\-up activities. Maintain and organize Outlook inbox and other records as appropriate, keeping the executive well\-organized and aligned to Company records and retention schedules. Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the executive, highlighting information of interest and/or curate reading material. Track deadlines and status of assigned individual action items for the executives. Optimize travel arrangements and itineraries based on the executives’ travel needs and preferences.
