Salaried Lead Facilitator Supported Living Services Novato!

Little Red Wagon, a premier provider of Supported Living Services in Marin County, is looking for a full time multi\-talented part\-time Supported Living Services (SLS) Facilitator (Manager) to join us in our mission of providing guidance for people with developmental disabilities so they can have the highest quality of life! As Lead Facilitator, you will oversee the day\-to\-day operations of a program supporting just five people with developmental disabilities who are living in their own homes in Marin County. You will be assisting the Executive Director of Little Red Wagon in overseeing a team of 23 employees (we call them "guides") and helping to provide the high standard of administrative support we offer. Training will be provided. This position is partial\-remote: In addition to home visits, and occasionally working out of our office, the majority of your hours can be remote. And under your control. What You Will Be Doing: You must live within 30 minutes of Marin County. Direct report to the Executive Director for various responsibilities to oversee the program Assist with all medical appointments and follow up, training, motivating and supporting our employees to help the people we support reach their highest potential and ensure quality of life.Review, monitor and oversee basic Google Doc logs to ensure quality, accuracy and high level of day to day operation.Monitor medical concerns, medication, and medical appointments, including follow up.Assist Executive Director in maintaining positive relationships with parents and third\-party agencies, as needed.Your time will be flexible and for the most part, independent The Hours and Actions 30\-35 hours per week (the specific hours are flexible due to the nature of SLS services and are based on your availability and the needs of the program) Monday through Friday flexible hours that work for you, some very occasional flexibility on weekends and occasional emergency care shifts Responding to and making phone calls, emails, texts, meetings in person or on Zoom as needed Reading and monitoring Daily Logs and other documents Calendaring client medical appointments Benefits and Salary: Competitive annual salary at $72,384 Birthday and anniversary bonuses Events, parties 40 hours paid sick leave Executive ICHRA Health Insurance CalSavers retirement program Phone data plan monthly stipend $20\.00 Mileage for work reimbursed at .76 cents a mile Why Choose Little Red Wagon? Ability to be the calm in the storm. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (speaking and writing). Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. Computer skills, including excellent writing and literacy skills Demonstrated ability to manage time. CA driver's license, your own car and a clean DMV driving record. Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 lbs (job may require occasional lifting or moving of objects and going up and down stairs).
