We are looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant \& Legal Analyst holding a Law Degree (J.D., LL.B., or equivalent) to serve as an indispensable operational power\-partner to our leadership team. In this role, you won't just file paperwork—you will analyze high\-stakes commercial and real estate contracts, drive core operational workflows, exercise independent discretion on critical business decisions, and keep our fast\-paced company running flawlessly. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive Legal \& Risk Analysis: Perform complex legal research, review commercial/real estate contracts, and evaluate risk for executive decision\-making. Exercise Independent Judgment: Take full ownership of key projects, navigate unexpected business challenges, and implement solutions autonomously. Master High\-Priority Workflows: Manage detail\-dense documentation, executive communications, and fast\-moving daily operations under tight deadlines. Seamless Bilingual Execution: Draft, review, and negotiate critical business and legal communications in flawless English and Spanish. What We Are Looking For Education: Law Degree required (J.D., Bachelor of Laws, or international equivalent). Language Mastery: 100% native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Core Strengths: Exceptional memory retention, lightning\-fast execution speed, continuous focus on detail, and strong problem\-solving skills. West: Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming. Northeast: Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont.
