Project Coordinator Alliance Fire Protection is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail\-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. Alliance Fire Protection provides commercial fire sprinkler installation, service, and repair throughout the Denver Metro area. We work hard, play hard, and learn from our mistakes. Previous experience as a project coordinator or experience in the fire sprinkler/construction industry is a major plus. This is a full\-time, in\-person position requiring 40 hours per week. There is no hybrid or remote work option for this position. A pre\-employment background check will be required for serious candidates. Position Summary The Project Coordinator serves as an important part of the project team and acts as the operational backbone of our building projects. This position is responsible for coordinating permits, project logistics, change orders, inspections, documentation, and project closeout. The Project Coordinator will work closely with and report directly to the Project Manager, while also assisting the Superintendent and field team to keep projects organized and moving forward. Job Responsibilities · Schedule inspections across multiple jurisdictions and communicate inspection times and updates to the field team · Manage the permit process from application through approval, including following up with jurisdictions, printing permit packets, and occasionally delivering documents · Track permit status and progress using company software · Coordinate with and meet inspectors at job sites · Purchase materials and track material costs · Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day\-to\-day project needs · Prepare and provide project closeout documentation · Assist with project billing and administrative requirements · Provide certificates of insurance as needed · Maintain and renew required licenses · Organize and issue final closeout documents · Maintain accurate project records and documentation · Communicate with customers, contractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal team members Job Requirements · Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no DUI within the past five years · Previous administrative or clerical experience · Basic knowledge of the construction industry is preferred, but not required · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel · Excellent organizational and time\-management skills · Strong attention to detail · Demonstrated clerical skills, including data entry, proofreading, filing, document management, and calendar management · Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills · Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously · Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team · A positive attitude and willingness to learn Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized, communicates well, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
