We are a locally owned, mobile therapy in patient's home, exclusively to adults and older adults throughout Knoxville, Tennessee, and surrounding counties. We're looking for someone who: Is a licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee Enjoys working with adults and older adults Is compassionate, dependable, and clinically confident Values independence and takes pride in providing excellent care Is comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team Wants flexibility and autonomy without sacrificing clinical support Wants to be part of a growing practice where their contribution genuinely matters Geriatric and home health experience is a plus, but we're more interested in finding the right person than checking every box.
