Responsibilities Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, explaining debt relief options and assessing their financial needs Accept In\-House warm transfer calls with qualified applicants ready to pitch. Engage customers with professional phone etiquette, building rapport and trust during each interaction Analyze clients’ credit profiles and financial situations to recommend suitable debt settlement or consolidation strategies Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry and follow\-up actions Negotiate terms with clients, guiding them through the debt relief process while ensuring compliance with industry regulations Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the application process Stay informed on industry knowledge of financial regulations, banking compliance, and debt relief laws to ensure ethical sales practices Skills Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or financial sales with excellent phone etiquette Strong understanding of credit analysis, debt settlement analysis, and financial concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client information and tracking sales activities Knowledge of industry\-specific regulations including banking regulatory compliance and debt relief laws Ability to conduct detailed account analysis, account reconciliation, and data entry with accuracy Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to closing sales and achieving targets Background in accounting, finance, or medical billing is a plus for understanding complex client situations This role offers an engaging environment where your sales expertise can flourish while helping clients achieve their financial goals.
