What You’ll Do: • Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth • Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages • Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries • Assist with move\-in preparations and marketing materials • Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area • Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry • Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters • Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign\-in, and emergency procedures • Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks You serve as the face of the community—ensuring every interaction reflects Sunrise’s hospitality and service standards.
