Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY As the welcoming face of our Oncology Support Services, you'll be the vital first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You'll manage the flow of communication with compassion and efficiency, ensuring every caller feels heard and every visitor feels supported during their healthcare journey. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSBILILTIES: Answer, screen, and thoughtfully route incoming calls, connecting patients and families with the right resources and support they need. Capture detailed, accurate messages and ensure prompt delivery—because timely communication can make all the difference in patient care. Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, providing clear information and assistance that sets a positive tone for their visit. Support the team by handling additional administrative tasks that keep our oncology services running smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: * High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. \- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
