Role Overview ----------------- As a Medical Office Representative , you will support front desk operations in a busy cardiology practice by performing duties related to revenue cycle operations, patient scheduling, registration, and administrative support. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience while ensuring efficient office operations. Key responsibilities include: Performing patient check\-in and check\-out processes Collecting payments and supporting revenue cycle activities Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries Handling patient inquiries and responding to scheduling needs Entering orders and maintaining accurate patient information Utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules and patient records Managing patient communications and appointment coordination Supporting office workflow through administrative and clerical duties Maintaining accurate documentation and data entry Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications ------------------ ### Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) ### Experience Required: Six (6\) months of Healthcare experience OR Six (6\) months of Customer Service experience What We Offer ----------------- Unlock Your Career Potential: Join Our Medical Group Team and Enjoy Our Outstanding Benefits!
