Job Overview \& DutiesJob Overview Good2Go AI Support is seeking a motivated and results\-driven Inside Sales Representative to help businesses discover the benefits of our 24/7 AI Receptionist solutions. In this role, you will connect with business owners and decision\-makers, identify their customer communication needs, and demonstrate how Good2Go AI Support can help them answer more calls, capture leads, schedule appointments, and provide 24/7 customer support. This is a remote sales position ideal for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, following up with prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. We provide product training, sales materials, scripts, prospecting guidance, and access to our live AI demonstration system. Our ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with business owners, self\-motivated, organized, and excited about selling AI technology. Duties \& Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to prospective business customers. Contact and follow up with leads by phone, text, and email. Speak directly with business owners, managers, and other decision\-makers. Introduce prospects to Good2Go AI Support and our AI Receptionist solutions. Identify businesses that may be losing customers because of missed or unanswered calls. Explain how our AI Receptionist can answer calls 24/7, capture leads, schedule appointments, answer common questions, and route calls. Encourage prospects to test our live AI Receptionist demonstration. Conduct virtual product demonstrations when needed. Learn each prospect's business needs and recommend the appropriate Good2Go AI Support solution. Present pricing and explain available service plans. Answer questions and overcome common sales objections. Follow up consistently with interested prospects. Close new customer accounts and assist with the initial signup process. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow\-ups, and sales activity. Meet established weekly and monthly sales activity and performance goals. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when communicating with prospective customers. * Stay knowledgeable about Good2Go AI Support's products, features, pricing, and new AI solutions. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a closer who is not afraid to pick up the phone. You should be comfortable starting conversations with business owners, asking questions, demonstrating value, following up, and asking for the sale. Previous experience in B2B sales, inside sales, telephone sales, SaaS, technology sales, appointment setting, business development, or lead generation is preferred. Previous AI experience is not required. Training will be provided. Pay: $16\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
