This position may “float” between our other locations in Republic, Davenport and Chewelah to cover as needed when the primary employee located there is out on PTO. The primary work in this role involves completion of front office duties that include answering phones, scheduling, email correspondence with clients and staff, supply and purchasing management, record creation and maintenance, and processing records. Your work will include completing administrative documents such as intakes and other required forms in the Electronic Health Records system as well as verifying insurance eligibility or determining financial qualifications for the sliding fee discount program. Some financial duties are required at the front desk to collect co\-pays, co\-insurance and maintaining financial eligibility. A high degree of professionalism is required for this role and the ability to maintain confidentiality of client information and respond to clients who may be in crisis and who will need to be referred to a qualified clinician to appropriately respond to their needs. Qualifications High School diploma or GED certification required.
