Clinical Operations RN \| Office \+ Mobile Patient Care Los Angeles / San Gabriel Valley Full\-Time \| $55\.00 per hour \| Monday–Friday HouseCall MD is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a unique hybrid clinical role combining clinical operations, care coordination, and hands\-on mobile nursing. This is not a traditional bedside, home health, or desk\-only RN position. Our RN works closely with our physicians, nurse practitioners, Patient Coordinators, and operations team to help manage the clinical needs of a primarily geriatric and medically complex patient population. While working from our Los Angeles office, you will serve as a clinical resource for our care coordination team—helping assess patient concerns, identify high\-risk situations, coordinate with providers, and make sure important clinical issues do not fall through the cracks. When a patient requires hands\-on RN support, you may also travel to the patient's home, assisted living community, board and care, or other residential setting to provide nursing assessment or clinical intervention. Field needs may include specimen collection such as clean\-catch urine collection, medication reconciliation, focused nursing assessments, IV\-related care when ordered and appropriate, post\-hospitalization follow\-up, and other RN\-level services within scope and company protocols.
