We are a Nationwide Car Dealership Group headquartered in The Trump Building at 40 Wall Street in Manhattan, NY 10005 (we assist with commute/transportation for Connecticut candidates). We directly own and control 52 small car dealership and auto\-transport businesses across the United States. We are seeking a Sales Specialist to assist in various sales work. This position can earn you anywhere between $100,000/year to $225,000\+/year. Training is included so prior auto dealership experience is not required, however, it is certainly valued. This is a rare opportunity for someone without extensive work history to come in at the ground level and work directly with top\-level management. This position gives you authority over many functions within the business. It also affords you the opportunity to grow with our company, by allowing you to keep moving up and managing your own sales teams, in which you would earn bonuses based on their sales as well. Responsibilities: Conduct sales calls with qualified inbound and/or outbound prospects. Understand each prospect’s goals, pain points, budget, and decision\-making process. Present the offer clearly and connect its value to the prospect’s specific needs. Potential to manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through close. Handle objections confidently around price, timing, trust, competition, and ROI. Follow up consistently with prospects who do not close on the first call. Maintain accurate notes, deal stages, and follow\-up activities in the CRM. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue, closing, and activity targets. Collect deposits/payments and ensure a smooth handoff to the fulfillment or account\-management team. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on offers, pricing, promotions, and positioning. Review recorded calls and participate in sales coaching and role\-play sessions. Communicate prospect feedback and common objections to leadership and marketing. Maintain a professional, consultative sales process without relying on aggressive or misleading tactics. Preferred Experience 1–3\+ years of sales experience, preferably in high\-ticket, consultative, or commission\-based sales. Experience closing products or services in the $3,000–$10,000\+ range is strongly preferred. Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Comfortable conducting discovery and closing calls by phone or video. Strong objection\-handling, negotiation, and follow\-up skills. Experience working with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar. Ability to build trust quickly and communicate value rather than relying primarily on discounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable discussing pricing and asking directly for the sale. Organized and disciplined with pipeline management and follow\-up. Coachable and comfortable receiving feedback on sales calls. Self\-motivated and able to perform in a results\-driven environment. Experience in the specific industry being sold into is a plus. Familiarity with sales frameworks such as consultative selling, SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, or similar is a plus. Documented experience maintaining a 20%\+ close rate on qualified appointment. NOTE: This role MAY require traveling around the continental United States to our various locations and assisting upper management on these trips. All transportation and hotel costs are covered and a daily food stipend is provided to purchase meals during the trip. These trips are usually 3 to 5 days, but can last up to a maximum of 14 days. Followed by a minimum of 2 weeks back in person at The Trump Building Wall Street Manhattan office. This role guarantees 25 to 40 hours per week between the hours of MON\-SUN and between 10AM and 11PM.
