Office Assistant

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! This is for a mortgage company, in office M \- F. Duties Keep tabs on all our review websites and notifying management of poor reviews for quick response Charging cards for appraisals Keeping track of ledger Requirements 7:30am \- 5:30pm Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity software; experience with spreadsheets is highly desirable. Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and technical proficiency in office tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs; fluency in additional languages is preferred. Previous experience with multi\-line phone systems, front desk duties, or personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous.
