We always strive to grow our practice by adding clinicians that possess a variety of specialties through education and supervision so that we can continue to provide quality service to our clients and patients. Our practice provides therapy and evaluations to children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide neuropsychological testing, psychological testing, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations, Attention\-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) evaluations, Learning Disorder assessments, and pre\-surgical psychological evaluations to those in all phases of life. POSITION SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Client Care Coordinator performs a variety of clerical tasks, including answering telephones and emails, typing documents, engaging with and supporting clinicians, attending/leading staff meetings, coordinating care for patients, speaking with local physicians/professionals, and managing patient records. Please note that this list is not exhaustive. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for providing support and maintaining communication and contact with clients, employees, and our community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Communicates with clients by phone and email to ensure satisfaction; collects information and creates related records and reports Schedules client appointments and executes related communication to clients, insurers, and employees Collaborates with other administrative staff and therapists for the continuity of care May assist with maintaining ordering and inventory of employee supplies and equipment Creates and updates client data and records to ensure accuracy Relays critical information from the Executive Director or other members of management to employees Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information, following HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines Assists the Executive Director in daily tasks and acts as an extension of the Executive Director Ensure consistent execution of established safety, security, quality, company, procedures, practices and programs Maintains strong knowledge of services offered Serves as a liaison between staff, patients, and families, in handling concerns and issues with good judgment QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred 2\+ years of experience in a directly related customer/client service role (e.g., healthcare assistant) and administrative support role KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, \& ABILITIES Professional and skilled interpersonal communication High level of energy Dependable \& reliable Time management \& prioritization skills Productive Adaptable Attention to detail Ability to follow\-through Very good patient/client service skills Ability to collaborate with others Able to engage in healthy and productive conflict resolution Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Simple Practice is a plus Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS (with or without reasonable accommodation) This position is 100% remote.
