Expected caseload is approximately 30 client sessions per week. Maintain approximately 30 client sessions per week. Complete timely clinical documentation. Document medical necessity in accordance with insurance requirements. Collaborate with administrative staff regarding scheduling and billing. Maintain the exceptional standard of care that defines Tampa Therapy. Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and self\-esteem concerns is highly desirable. EMDR training or certification is a plus. ⸻ Qualifications Applicants must: Hold an active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license. Be in good standing with their licensing board. Carry, or obtain, professional liability insurance. Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and professionalism. Be committed to providing exceptional client care. Have experience with insurance documentation or be willing to complete training in documenting medical necessity and payer requirements.
