Project Manager – Justice, Court \& E\-Citation Software ImplementationsPosition Summary We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and results\-driven Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of justice, court, and e\-citation software solutions for government agencies and public\-sector organizations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing full lifecycle software implementations involving court case management systems, electronic citation solutions, and justice technology platforms. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross\-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable government regulations and CJIS security requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead end\-to\-end implementation of justice, court, and e\-citation software projects from project initiation through deployment and post\-implementation support. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocations. Coordinate with courts, law enforcement agencies, clerks, judges, prosecutors, IT departments, and executive stakeholders throughout project execution. Manage software implementations involving: Court Case Management Systems (CMS) Court Information Systems (including MNCIS or similar platforms) Electronic Citation (e\-Citation) solutions Mobile law enforcement applications Justice information systems Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts. Coordinate software configuration, testing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment. Manage data conversion, system integration, and migration activities. Ensure compliance with CJIS Security Policy and applicable federal, state, and local government regulations. Coordinate training sessions and change management activities for end users and agency personnel. Track project progress using established project management methodologies and reporting tools. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities with internal development, implementation, and support teams. Maintain project documentation including scope, requirements, risk logs, issue logs, change requests, and status reports. Support post\-go\-live stabilization and transition to customer support teams. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications 3\+ years of project management experience leading enterprise software implementation projects. Demonstrated experience managing justice, court, public safety, or government software implementations. Experience managing full software development and implementation lifecycles. Working knowledge of: Court Case Management Systems Electronic Citation (e\-Citation) solutions * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
