We are seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to help keep our clinical operations running smoothly through EMR workflows, scheduling support, audits, intake coordination, insurance\-related tasks, and administrative follow\-through. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in staying organized, and finds fulfillment in supporting the behind\-the\-scenes work that helps patients receive the care they need.What You'll Do Daily WorkflowEMR Support: Complete workflow tasks in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) including audits, follow\-ups, and document review Assist with clinical processes including + Visits audits + Pre\-billing support + EVV workflows + Recertification and discharge tracking Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is complete Support compliance and quality assurance efforts through routine reviews SchedulingIntake Support: Provide backup support for scheduling and intake Assist with visit tracking and updates using internal systems and spreadsheets Help ensure visit documentation is complete and ready for billing InsuranceAuthorization Support: Assist with insurance\-related administrative workflows Support the authorization tracking, verification, and follow\-up Communicate with team to ensure services are authorized and can begin General Administrative Support: Answer and triage incoming calls Communicate professionally with clinicians, office staff, patients, and providers Scan, attach, and manage orders within patient charts Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and other administrative projects as assigned What We're Looking For Experience in administrative, office, healthcare support, or customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and remain accurate Reliable follow\-through and sense of accountability Professional communication across teams and departments Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new systems and processes What We Offer Generous PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options 401(k) with employer match Employee Assistance Program Structured onboarding and ongoing support Why Join SummitWest Care?
