Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition processes including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs. Support employee evaluation procedures by gathering data, maintaining records, and coordinating performance management initiatives. Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) administration, and workers' compensation claims processing. Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors; analyze Excel data for reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law regulations by supporting affirmative action planning, regulatory compliance management, and HR legal compliance efforts. Facilitate employee relations by assisting with conflict management, communication initiatives, and confidential handling of sensitive information. Contribute to organizational design projects, workforce management strategies, and succession planning efforts to support long\-term talent management goals. Qualifications Proven experience in HR department functions such as personnel administration, payroll processing (using systems like ADP or Paychex), and benefits administration. Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and/or HR legal compliance requirements would be a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis skills essential), HR systems (such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro), and ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively. Demonstrated project management abilities with experience supporting training \& development initiatives or organization design projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection, reporting, and administrative tasks. Prior experience working within an HRIS environment or using platforms like PeopleSoft or Ceridian is highly desirable.
