Warehouse and Inventory Associate

About Us Essential Essentials is a family\-owned company based in Katy, Texas. We sell products through various online marketplaces. We operate out of a small, tight\-knit facility (under 1,000 sq ft) and have a fantastic team, both locally and internationally! The Role We are looking for a highly organized and physically capable Warehouse and Inventory Associate to support our warehouse lead. This role is a unique hybrid: you need to be great with computers and coordinating with our remote team, but also ready to roll up your sleeves and do the heavy lifting of building pallets and packing boxes. If you have great Google Workspace skills and want to learn the ins and outs of online fulfillment, we will gladly train you on Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and eBay processes! Responsibilities Admin \& Inventory: Complete daily Incoming Inspection Reports (IRRs) for arriving pallets, meticulously checking items, writing down expiry dates, and verifying data. Team Coordination: Jump on Google Meet video calls to communicate effectively with Operations Manager and our remote team regarding inventory updates. Pallet Management: Build outbound Amazon pallets and break down incoming pallets as they arrive. Fulfillment Prep: Print and apply ASINs, UPCs, and shipping labels accurately. Downtime Duties: When inventory management and pallet work are caught up, seamlessly transition to hands\-on fulfillment tasks like bubble wrapping, poly bagging, and packing boxes. Warehouse Support: Safely and repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Qualifications Tech\-Savvy (Required): Must be highly proficient with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and video conferencing (Google Meet). Physical Capability (Required): Must be able to comfortably lift and move 50 lbs, break down pallets, and stay on your feet. Detail\-Oriented: Proven ability to accurately count inventory, track expiry dates, and match long UPC/ASIN numbers without mistakes. Language: Conversational Spanish is a huge plus for coordinating daily shipments and safety protocols. Experience: Previous warehouse or inventory experience is required. We will train the right person on all our specific software and fulfillment procedures!
