Our Marketing team is growing and we currently have an immediate opening for a Sr. Product Manager, IsoPSA Job Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Sr. Product Manager, IsoPSA will be tasked to lead execution of commercial marketing programs and contribute to commercial strategy for clinician\-directed marketing programs supporting IsoPSA®, both as a lab testing services offered by Cleveland Diagnostics’ CLIA lab and other partner laboratories. The position serves as the marketing leader for IsoPSA clinician engagement, developing tactical plans that increase awareness, adoption, and utilization among urologists, primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals involved in prostate cancer risk assessment. The Sr. Product Manager, IsoPSA will support execution of clinician IsoPSA marketing, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, omnichannel campaigns, sales enablement, KOL engagement, speaker programs, and commercialization initiatives. The role works cross\-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and external partner laboratories to support execution of clinician demand generation programs that drive growth across all testing channels. Essential Duties \& Responsibilities Commercial Strategy Support Support development and execution of annual clinician marketing plans. Help refine customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging based on market feedback. Analyze customer insights and market trends and recommend opportunities for growth. Assist in developing annual marketing plans and support budget tracking and reporting. Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, customer insights, and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions. Serve as the commercial subject matter expert for clinician demand generation. Clinical Demand Generation Develop and execute clinician demand generation campaigns with Marketing Communications, Digital and Omnichannel Marketing colleagues for IsoPSA among urologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other relevant healthcare providers. Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to develop and deploy integrated campaigns that support both IsoPSA offerings — from Cleveland Diagnostics as a laboratory service, and partner laboratory channels. Create scalable demand generation programs that can be leveraged across multiple partner laboratories. Collaborate with commercial leadership to align demand generation activities with revenue objectives and sales priorities. Identify and evaluate new clinical use cases, customer segments, and growth opportunities. Positioning \& Messaging Collaborate on the development and refinement of customer value propositions and brand messaging for IsoPSA in collaboration with Marketing Communications. Ensure messaging remains clinically relevant, differentiated, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Partner with Medical Affairs to translate scientific evidence into compelling customer\-facing communications. Collaborate with Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing to direct development of promotional materials, digital assets, educational resources, and field tools. Maintain consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints and channels. Partner with Digital and Omnichannel Marketing teams to develop, execute, and evaluate integrated campaigns. Sales Enablement \& Training Develop and maintain IsoPSA sales messaging, clinical messaging training programs, and field enablement resources. Partner with Sales leadership to ensure effective communication of value propositions and clinical evidence. Lead development of competitive selling tools, objection handling resources, and customer engagement materials. Medical Affairs Collaboration Partner closely with Medical Affairs to align scientific and commercial strategies. Support publication planning, evidence dissemination, advisory boards, and educational initiatives. Translate clinical evidence into actionable commercial programs while maintaining compliance. Help identify evidence gaps and opportunities for future clinical research. Partner with Medical Affairs to develop and execute KOL engagement strategies supporting commercial objectives. Work with Medical Affairs to aid in the identification, recruitment, and cultivate relationships with national thought leaders, and partner with Sales to recruit regional and local thought leaders. Manage commercial aspects of the speaker bureau program, in partnership with Medical Affairs, including recruitment, utilization strategy, and program effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize educational impact and customer engagement. Partner Laboratory Commercialization Develop centralized clinician marketing programs that support laboratory partners offering the IsoPSA Assay. Collaborate with partner laboratories to align commercialization strategies and demand generation initiatives. Create scalable tools, campaigns, and educational resources that can be deployed across multiple testing channels. Support launch planning and ongoing commercialization efforts for new laboratory customers. Collaborate with Business Development and Commercial Leadership to work with partner laboratories on commercial initiatives as a key Marketing liaison between Cleveland Diagnostics and partner laboratories. Cross\-Functional Engagement Participate in cross\-functional teams involving Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and external agencies. Ensure commercial programs are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations. Qualifications/Requirements Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field. 3\-8 years of clinician\-facing product marketing or product management experience. Experience marketing laboratory services, diagnostic products, medical devices, or healthcare services. Demonstrated success developing and executing healthcare provider marketing programs. Experience working with cross\-functional teams in regulated healthcare environments. Strong analytical, planning, and project leadership skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities. Preferred MBA or related graduate degree. Experience in urology, and/or oncology. Experience supporting both direct sales organizations and channel partners. Experience managing KOL programs, speaker bureaus, and advisory boards. Physical Requirements Ability to: sit, stand and/or walk throughout course of day; operate a computer and multitask across many software communication and data entry programs while operating and communicating through telephone device for several hours a day; ability to safely drive a vehicle and travel using appropriate and available mass and/or air transit.
