Executive Administrative Assistant \- Remote Job Overview New Jerusalem Worship Center is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This full\-time remote role is crucial to the smooth operation of our organisation and the successful delivery of our vision. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem\-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25\.00 \- $38\.00 USD. The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a vital part in enabling our leadership to focus on achieving this vision by providing outstanding administrative and operational support. Responsibilities Provide high\-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations, and take accurate minutes when required. Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, acting as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for leadership and visiting guests. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Assist in the planning and execution of organizational events, conferences, and special projects. Maintain organized filing and database systems, ensuring information is current and easily accessible. Liaise effectively with internal staff, congregation members, and external partners on behalf of the executive team. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role. Exceptional organizational, time\-management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional and courteous demeanor. Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the leadership team. A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
