Core Responsibilities (Daily Hands\-On Work) This is an active, detail\-driven role balancing hands\-on office organizing with routine digital data tracking. General Affairs, Facilities \& Office Logistics: Office Organization \& Supply Inventory: Maintain and organize company supply areas, track inventory levels, and organize and replenish office supply stations as materials arrive after orders are processed by the accounts team. Workspace \& Onboarding Setup: Coordinate workspace setup for new hires, including arranging desk materials, preparing workstations, and organizing standard technology equipment (such as monitors and laptops). Vendor \& Facility Support: Assist the team by relaying maintenance requests to building management and routine office vendors as directed, utilizing bilingual skills to ensure clear daily communication. Manage general administrative workflows, distribute incoming corporate mail, and maintain a tidy, orderly workspace environment. HR \& Administrative Support (Data Tracking \& Formatting): Assist with basic data entry, tracking, and organization of employee benefits programs using Microsoft Excel.
