This position provides administrative support to senior management by serving as a key liaison with internal \& external stakeholders for the organization. This is a hybrid role working partially in\-office (Peachtree Corners, GA) and partially from home. What you do: Manage the senior leaders calendar, aligning meetings, appointments, travel and events to optimize their time and objectives. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence appropriately. Draft responses, compose emails, or make calls on behalf of the executive. Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, venue bookings, catering and technology needs for executive needs and organizational initiatives. Assist in the planning and execution of presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and initiatives. Organize executive travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, contacts and documents. Manage expense reporting, invoices and budget tracking.
