Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth office flow, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to support daily administrative functions. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing professional assistance and directing them appropriately Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, screening calls and taking accurate messages Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up\-to\-date Support office management activities including supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing incoming emails, and supporting customer support initiatives Ensure excellent phone etiquette while providing prompt and courteous customer service Requirements Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Previous experience in medical or dental reception is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant or administrative experience is valued Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor capable of providing excellent customer support Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
