Entry Level House Supervisor – Program Coordinator \- Supported Living Agency Puget Sound Regional Services (PSRS) is a non\-profit organization whose mission is to provide long term community based supported living services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Visit us online at: www.gopsrs.org Compensation: Starting wage is $23\.75 per hour Wage scale is $23\.75 \- $27\.75 per hour based on years of service Schedule: This is an hourly full\-time position. The position will work Monday through Friday 9am\-5pm, schedule fluctuates depending on staffing vacancies and program needs and likely includes evenings and weekends. Location: This position requires travel throughout King County\- Renton, Kent, Covington, Federal Way, SeaTac, and Seattle. Responsibilities: (including, but are not limited to): Supervise Direct Support Professionals in their specified program – assigning and delegating tasks \& responsibilities as needed to meet the agency mission, provide high quality services for clients and ensure regulatory \& contractual compliance Performance oversight and enforcement – ensure Direct Support Professionals perform all responsibilities of their positions successfully, and hold their position accountable to the position requirements, and provide necessary training, and follow up Train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals Working collaboratively with the Human Resources Team to ensure all aspects of employment compliance are complete for all staff working in their specified program Assisting in managing staffing coverage in real time, covering routine and emergent staffing vacancies in schedules Provide emergency/after hours on\-call availability as scheduled/planned, or as assigned In collaboration with the Program Manager, implement and monitor client support plans (IISPs, PBSPs, PMTPs), and perform routine audits to ensure required updates are being followed In collaboration with administrative members, ensure all aspects of client health, medical and mental health needs are met, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance as it pertains to client health, medical and mental health supports In collaboration with the financial team ensure completion of annual Individual Financial Plan and continual oversight and effective management of client financial activity, ensure completion of audits and reconciliation of financial documentation for client caseload monthly Schedule and conduct monthly staff meetings Provide direct care support for clients as needed/required Maintain both electronic and physical client files within the administrative office and at the site – ensure all are orderly, organized, complete, and current Communicate effectively and collaboratively with families/guardians, employers, consultants, stakeholders, extended service team members, and medical providers Communicate effectively with internal team members monitoring and capitalizing on all internal resources and tools for teamwork and collaborations – SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook, Therap, and text messaging Maintain program compliance with DDA policies, contractual requirements, and state rules, regulations \& laws Facilities management – ensure all issues, concerns, problems, and damage at each client home are reported, addressed, and taken fully to resolution and repair. Ensure client home (exterior and interior) and yard is clean and well maintained Perform a variety of special tasks and/or projects as assigned or needed Position Qualifications and Requirements (including, but are not limited to): Bachelor's degree or a combination of ID/DD experience, employment and skill commensurate with the position's responsibilities Ability to communicate effectively and clearly \- both verbally and in written communications Ability or willing to learn to communicate in American Sign Language Possess excellent writing skills Ability to effectively, professionally and collaboratively supervise \& lead others Ability to manage shifting priorities, accomplishing multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and consistently providing follow through on routine and emerging responsibilities Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Ability to independently apply good judgment in a highly ambiguous work environment and in given situations Ability to think critically, assess a given problem and decide how to proceed Ability to work independently and self\-direct, as well as work effectively, professionally and collaboratively as part of a team Ability to creatively resolve client program/support issues Ability to listen and positively accept constructive criticism \& critical feedback and learn from mistakes Ability to provide flexible on\-call availability (nights/ weekends/ holidays) Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion Proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications in a cloud\-based environment. Experienced and skilled with general office equipment – computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones, multi\-line telephone system, fax machines, copiers, DVD/VHS players, desk top printers and video phones PSRS Basic Employment Requirements: Able to fit test to and wear a N95 respirator mask\- modifying facial hair (if applicable) must be properly tested Pass a national fingerprint background check allowing unsupervised access to vulnerable adults Clean driving record; clear of multiple and/or major traffic violations and auto accidents Lift, push, and pull 50lbs. or more, walk long distances (3 miles or more consecutively), climb 6 flights of stairs consecutively Have obtained a high school diploma or GED Be over the age of 18 Read, write, and communicate in English or American Sign Language (ASL) Have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and current auto insurance (or will have auto insurance upon hire) Be able and willing to be licensed by the Department of Health to obtain a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) or Nursing Assistant\- Certified (CNA) License Assist clients to take medication and administer it as directed by an agency nurse Work at any location, with any PSRS client, and have both permanent and temporary transfers. All PSRS Employees must be able and willing to work at any of the PSRS sites throughout south King County Within the first 120 days of employment, and throughout employment with PSRS, able to attend all mandatory meetings and training that occur during and outside of your normal work schedule What we have to offer (Benefits): Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full time employees (30\+ hours/week) Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\- Available 24/7 and covers employees, spouses, domestic partners, and children up to age 26\. Employed 2\- 4 years: 1\.5 hours/40 hours worked (approx. 8\.12 days/year for FT employee). Employed 5\+ years: 1\.71 hours/40 hours worked (approx. 11\.12 days/year for FT employee) Paid Sick Leave\- Accrues immediately, available for use on the 90th day of employment. Accrual rate for all employees is 1 hour per 30 hours worked 8 paid holidays\- floating paid day off for identified holidays Bereavement pay\- paid time off to grieve and heal due to the passing of a family member. Full time referral (30\+ hours/week): $250\.00 bonus.
