PremierOne Home Inspections is hiring a Scheduling \& Operations Coordinator to help keep our fast\-paced home inspection company running smoothly. This is not a passive administrative position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, juggling multiple priorities, and taking ownership of their work. Position Details Part\-Time (28\-30 hours/week) \- Full\-Time Possible in the future if desired Thursday\-Friday: 8:00am\-6:00pm Saturday: 8:00am\-4:00pm or 8:00am\-6:00pm Remote position Must live in the Colorado Springs area Future opportunity for an in\-office role may exist What You'll Do Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from clients and Realtors Provide service recommendations and accurate pricing information Schedule inspections and coordinate logistics Build positive relationships with Realtor partners and clients Coordinate property access and appointment details Route field technicians efficiently using software designed to help Assist with report delivery and follow\-up communication Track multiple moving pieces throughout the day while maintaining accuracy Identify and solve problems before they become issues What Makes Someone Successful In This Role You are highly organized and detail\-oriented Very comfortable with web based software and can navigate quickly You communicate professionally and confidently You respond quickly and follow through on commitments You can prioritize tasks when multiple things demand attention at once You are comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently You can switch between tasks without losing track of important details You actively look for answers before asking for help You take ownership and enjoy working independently This Role Is Probably NOT a Good Fit If You prefer highly repetitive work with little interruption You become overwhelmed when priorities change throughout the day You are not comfortable with new software programs and able to learn them quickly Preferred Experience Customer service Dispatching or scheduling Executive assistant Service company operations Property management Real estate support Medical scheduling Administrative support in a fast\-paced environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Two weeks paid vacation Paid holidays Health share coverage Supportive family\-owned company culture Opportunity for growth Job Type: Part\-time Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: Remote
