The contracted licensed clinician will provide the following: Initial 90\-day treatment plans Participates in monthly and quarterly clinician meetings to address client needs and requirements (virtual and in\-person) Completes required documentation, including psychosocial, CANS 1\.0/2\.0 assessments and treatment planning, in a timely manner Weekly or Biweekly Supervision calls with 8\-10 QMHPs with completed Supervision notes per QMHP\-CS Directorand community resources for client collaboration of care Clinical MCO and Insurance panel views of client progress calls with Program Assist with discharge planning for client treatment Assisting with providing agency with treatment resources (accredited material) Need to be available for in person and or zoom assessments in Ft. Worth and Dallas area QUALIFICATIONS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this job. Additional requirements include: Knowledge of electronic medical records Knowledge of community and community resources Ability to pass background check Valid Texas State Driver’s License TB Clearance Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends Local travel is required EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE: To perform effectively in this position, the incumbent must have/be: Working knowledge of state and agency policies and procedures An active license from the state Texas Board of Behavioral Sciences. Knowledge and experience with evidence\-based practices, including trauma\- informed care framework. Knowledge and experience working with co\-occurring populations (chronic health conditions, mental health and substance use) with emphasis on children andadolescents. Strong clerical/administrative skills, including personal computer skills (Microsoft Office software).experience within the limits of policy and procedures.backgrounds in a culturally competent and sensitive manner. Ability to make routine decisions and determine proper action based on Ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages and economic EDUCATION: Must have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. One of the following licenses is required (must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision): \- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)\- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)\- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAININGS: Must already hold or be willing to complete the trainings/certifications below: ANSA Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Individual Placement and Supports (IPS) Supported Employment (SE) Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Social Skills and Aggression Replacement Techniques (START) Preparing Adolescents for Young Adulthood (PAYA) Seeking Safety Nurturing Parenting Program Barkley’s Defiant Child/Defiant Teen Wraparound Planning Process COMPENSATION $100\-$200 / per completed assessment \- dependent upon experience.
