What you will be doing in the role of a Program Manager, Mission Operations The Program Manager, Mission Operations, plays a pivotal role in supporting the mission’s core business functions by delivering comprehensive administrative and programmatic oversight. This position ensures that day\-to\-day operational activities run smoothly, project milestones are met, and cross\-functional initiatives remain aligned with organizational goals. The Program Manager works closely and collaboratively with Komen’s technology, operations, and legal departments to coordinate workflows, streamline processes, and facilitate clear communication across teams. Through effective planning, documentation, and problem\-solving, the Program Manager helps the mission division maintain operational integrity and streamline processes to efficiently execute its objectives. . What you will bring to the table Supports the Mission Leadership team in the execution of the annual strategic planning process and the submission of enterprise and strategic planning project briefs. Optimizes and coordinates the tracking of mission metrics, milestones and impact to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting by working collaboratively with mission departments and the Komen Operations teams and utilizing Komen wide systems. Coordinates monthly Mission Lunch and Learns to educate other Komen departments on current fundable opportunities and mission programming. Create and maintain a system to track professional expertise across the mission department to balance speaking engagements and other requests across the workforce. Ensure timely updates are made to mission centric resources, including but not limited to program fact sheets, state impact documents, and other mission HUB documents, by working cross functionally with all mission departments. Maintain the Mission Operations production schedule(s), create and update procedural/guideline documents related to the teams work Work with Legal to update and maintain mission charters, policies and procedures, etc. Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce implementation across mission. Serve as POC for mission staff regarding IT, legal, L\&D processes and procedures and represents the mission department during system and process updates and changes. Manages joint subscription accounts, their use cases, and team utilization. Assess mission policies, processes and procedures to ensure alignment with current best practices and business requirements. Plan, develop, and lead special projects to support the Mission Division’s strategic objectives, ensuring effective coordination, timely execution, and measurable outcomes that align with the organization’s mission and values. Exhibit working knowledge of departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and assist in the development, review, and filing of mission\-related policies and SOPs. Additional duties as assigned. We know you will have and be able to Bachelor's degree and minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in project management Detail\-oriented, and professional attitude with strong administrative, organizational and time management skills. Problem\-solving skills. Experience in strategic planning, and in implementing strategic priorities. Experience building complex Excel models and dashboards from scratch. Ability to navigate complex, urgent, and confidential situations with poise. Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a variety of people. Ability to recognize unnecessary workflow steps and improve productivity. Openness to and capability of learning new technology platforms and systems to support the needs of the mission department. This is what Komen provides away from the computer: Competitive salary of $54,000 \- $69,000/annual, exact compensation ranges are based on a range of factors including but not limited to the labor market, job level, internal equity, and budget. Offers given will take into consideration the candidate's skills, education, experience, geographic location, and other necessary credentials.
