As our regional transaction volume continues to grow, we are seeking an accurate, detail\-oriented Junior Financial Data Entry Clerk to join our San Francisco operations team. In this role, you will assist our deal execution team by accurately entering, organizing, and auditing corporate client financial records. You will handle sensitive numerical data from corporate balance sheets, income statements, and tax forms, ensuring our digital data sets are pristine before they are passed to our analysis team. This position is structured as a hybrid arrangement, combining localized office collaboration with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Financial Data Input: Accurately input client financial figures, historical transaction line items, and corporate accounts into Excel spreadsheets and internal databases. Document Audit \& Extraction: Review raw incoming client files (including invoices, tax records, and general ledgers) to locate and log missing financial metrics. Digital Filing \& Archiving: Alphabetize, categorize, and cross\-reference digital documents to ensure deal data rooms are uniform, secure, and easy for buyers to navigate. Quality Control: Identify and correct alphanumeric data entry errors or discrepancies in financial records prior to final review by the management team. Requirements \& Qualifications Experience: 6 months to 1 year of general office, data entry, clerical, or bookkeeping experience. (Prior experience handling basic financial numbers or invoices is highly preferred). Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic cell sorting, and formatting) and a comfortable alphanumeric typing speed of 50\+ WPM with high accuracy.
