Job Description: We are a fast\-growing residential construction company in the Phoenix metro area, and we are launching a dedicated roofing division. We need a roofing sales professional who knows the business inside and out — someone who can come in, build a sales pipeline from nothing, and help us create one of the most respected roofing operations in the Valley. This is not a role where you inherit a book of business and maintain it. This is a role where you create one. From the ground up. And you'll have the full backing of an established company with infrastructure, crews, marketing, and operational support already in place. THE OPPORTUNITY: We already run a successful construction operation — repairs, remodels, new builds. We have the clients, the systems, the teams, and the reputation. Now we're expanding into roofing, and we need the right person to be the engine that drives it. You won't just be selling roofs. You'll be building a division. You'll help shape the pricing, the process, the customer experience, and the growth strategy. As the division scales, your role scales — from top producer to sales manager to division leader. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: • Generating roofing sales organically — door knocking, networking, referral building, storm chasing, insurance work, retail sales, whatever it takes • Coordinating inspections alongside our roofing qualifying party, identifying damage, and presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners • Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to signed contract • Building relationships with insurance adjusters, real estate agents, property managers, and HOAs to create consistent deal flow • Helping design our roofing sales process — scripts, presentations, pricing structure, follow\-up systems • Working with our operations team to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to production • Educating homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and repair vs. replacement decisions • Tracking your pipeline, closing ratios, and revenue — and constantly improving • Eventually helping recruit, train, and lead additional roofing sales reps as we scale WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: • Deep knowledge of the roofing business — you know shingles, tile, flat, metal, coatings, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and everything in between • Proven ability to generate roofing sales from scratch — not just close warm leads handed to you • Experience with insurance restoration sales (Xactimate, supplement process, adjuster negotiations) is a major plus • Understanding of the full roofing sales cycle — inspection, documentation, presentation, close, and production handoff • Self\-starter mentality — you don't wait for leads, you create them • Professional, trustworthy, and able to build rapport with homeowners quickly • Comfortable on a roof — you can inspect, identify issues, and explain them clearly • Organizational skills to manage a growing pipeline without dropping balls • Leadership potential — as we grow, we need someone who can build and lead a sales team, not just sell individually • Confidence in a commission structure. Your fingerprints will be on this division permanently. And when it's producing $2M, $5M, $10M in revenue — you'll be the person who helped make it happen.
