Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Welcome patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient communication with empathy and excellent customer service Schedule appointments and accurately maintain patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Prepare patient forms and coordinate administrative documentation Obtain and document patient vital signs according to office protocols and physician direction Coordinate laboratory orders and assist with supplement fulfillment Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and maintain accurate financial records Assist with various patient\-related administrative and clinical support tasks as directed by the physician Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, EMR systems, and other technology platforms efficiently Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards Help maintain a positive, respectful, organized, and collaborative workplace Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience Experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality, education, executive support, administration, or other service\-oriented roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong critical thinking and problem\-solving ability Exceptional organization and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing needs Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Strong technology skills and comfort learning new systems Interest in integrative medicine, wellness, and patient\-centered healthcare is a plus Previous experience with an EMR system is helpful but not required Benefits Benefits for eligible employees may include: Competitive hourly compensation Paid time off Health insurance 401(k) and profit\-sharing opportunities Training and professional development Opportunities for increased responsibility and growth A supportive and collaborative work environment We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job.
