As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will help keep the patient experience moving smoothly from the first phone call through the completion of their appointment. Your day will include scheduling appointments, entering patient information, verifying insurance benefits, screening patients, collecting payments, and keeping appointment details accurate. You will also be part of a team that works together, communicates clearly, and supports one another in creating a consistent and prepared experience for each patient.
