Duties
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Handle incoming calls via multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure high\-quality communication.
- Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via email or chat, ensuring positive client experiences.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record management.
- Support office management activities such as supply ordering, document organization, and maintaining office procedures.
- Conduct front desk duties remotely by managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative projects.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role within an office environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required; fluency in multiple languages enhances communication with diverse clients.
