Duties
- Manage Sales Orders and communications between clients and partners.
- Track orders and systems to ensure information is accurate and deliveries occur on time.
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records to support office efficiency
- Light analytical work to address trends, proactively anticipate trends and develop action plan to ensure the clients and retailers are able to adapt to said trends.
- Invoice and PO reconcilations.
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Proven track record with previous employment.
- Prior clerical experience with data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
