Job Overview
You will serve as a primary point of contact and liaison, for patients, staff, attorneys, and insurance representatives while helping coordinate scheduling, communication, and administrative workflow across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage front desk operations including check\-in, check\-out, and patient flow
- Answer and manage high\-volume phone calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments across multiple locations
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and data entry
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; assist with billing and collections
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, attorneys, and insurance companies
- Assist with intake procedures and updating care plans in EHR/EMR systems
- Support doctors with therapies and general office assistance as needed
- Manage calendars, office coordination, and daily workflow
- Oversee organization of office supplies, filing, and administrative systems
- Collaborate on CPT and ICD\-10 coding, claim submission, and follow\-up
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of all patient information
- Delegate tasks effectively to support staff to maximize efficiency
- Help coordinate and support multiple office locations

- Medical, chiropractic, personal injury, or healthcare office background
- Experience with high call volume and multi\-location scheduling
- Insurance verification and medical billing experience
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, etc.)
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD\-10 coding
- Paralegal or legal office experience (highly desirable)
- Spanish\-speaking ability is a plus
