  • As a Culinary Admin Assistant at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $32\.00 per hour.

    ### What you'll do

    A day in the life of our Culinary Administrative Assistant… it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Culinary Administrative Assistant accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Create Adeco orders for culinary outlets and input requested purchase orders.
  • Perform general administrative duties including copying, filing, data entry, and record retrieval.
  • Maintain assigned systems, culinary calendars, and administrative documentation.
  • Manage email correspondence and retrieve information from records as requested.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and prepare written summaries of data when required.
  • Maintain and update food items within Adeco and related systems.
  • Manage the Chef’s calendar, bulletin boards, BEO boards, and daily culinary purchase logs.
  • Input recipe information into Adeco and other required formats.
  • Create and maintain food guides, plating guides, and other culinary documents as needed.
  • Attend and support banquet BEO meetings.
  • Guest Experience \& Service Support

  • Review Nexus and OpenTable to develop bespoke guest awareness and personalization.
  • Capture guest food preferences, likes, and dislikes shared by servers and runners into Nexus profiles.
  • Assist in updating Promises (problems and missed opportunities) in the Unifocus system related to culinary service issues.
  • Internal Team \& Payroll Support

  • Support internal culinary team members with administrative requests including vacation submissions and attendance notices.
  • Upload schedules in Ontrack, monitor Paycom and communicate with payroll to assist in resolving pay discrepancies.
  • Luxury Standards \& Cross‑Departmental Collaboration

  • Identify, report, and assist in correcting service imperfections to uphold luxury hotel standards.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues efficiently and maintain operational excellence.
  • Communicate proactively with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Review sanitation standards and temp logs
