Dove Family Health is seeking a friendly, organized and professional Full\-time Certified Clinical Medical Assistant or Clinical Medical Assistant with 2 or more years of experience who works well in a team setting at a clinic that performs drug screens, basic acute visit tests, first\-aid and other minor medical procedures. This role will require administrative saavy. Our team offers an unprecedented primary health care experience without the restrictions of billing insurance.

*Job Responsibilities*

  • Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
  • Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration as needed.
  • Provides routine care for patients.
  • Reviews medical charts.
  • Prepares Patients for virtual visits or schedules in office visits to the Medical clinic.
  • Phlebotomy
  • Assists physician and registered nurses.
  • Communicates with patients and their families.
  • Administers medications when needed.
  • Prepares and administers injections.
  • Assists with patient comfort.
  • Administrative duties such as fax, scan, and email and other clerical tasks as directed by office manager.
  • Rare travel required.
  • This role requires sitting, standing and walking.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate all required skills as well as demonstrate strong skills and compassion.
  • Candidate will must have a team mentality and be willing to cross train in clinical and clerical responsibilities. Candidate will be under direct supervision of the Medical Provider. A professional and personal disposition is a must. Candidate may be required to assist the provider on occasional after\-hours urgent visits. Hiring contingent upon background/drug test.

    Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $15\.00 \- $17\.00 per hour
