We are looking for a forward\-thinking Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who believes healthcare should be personalized, preventative, measurable, and outcomes\-driven.

Position Overview

ASPN is seeking a highly motivated NP or PA to join our growing clinical team.

This role is ideal for a provider passionate about:

• Longevity and preventative medicine
• Hormone optimization

• High\-touch telemedicine care

You will work collaboratively with our medical leadership team to review patient diagnostics, conduct telehealth consultations, support protocol implementation, and help guide patients through a personalized optimization journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine consultations and follow\-up appointments
• Review patient labs, intake forms, wearable data, and health histories
• Assist in developing personalized wellness and optimization protocols
• Educate patients on lifestyle, recovery, nutrition, and performance strategies
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical leadership
• Maintain compliant and accurate clinical documentation
• Support ongoing patient monitoring and progress tracking
• Participate in a high\-end patient experience focused on communication and outcomes
• Stay current on emerging research in longevity, hormones, peptides, metabolic health, and precision medicine

Qualifications Required

• Active NP or PA license in good standing
• Ability to practice in multiple states preferred
• Experience with telemedicine platforms
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Experience in:
• Functional medicine
• Longevity medicine
• Hormone optimization
• Preventative medicine
• Sports/performance medicine
• Weight loss/metabolic health
• Familiarity with advanced biomarker interpretation
• Experience with TRT, metabolic optimization, recovery\-focused care, or preventative health programs
• Multi\-state licensure strongly preferred
