Duties
Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy at all times
Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, maintaining organized records for easy retrieval
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Handle multi\-line phone systems, directing calls professionally while providing excellent customer service
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Proofread documents for errors before submission to uphold quality standards
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, data verification, and report generation
Skills
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent typing speed and accuracy to facilitate efficient data entry tasks
Experience with office management tasks such as filing, calendar coordination, and document proofreading
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively
Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy environment
Knowledge of clerical procedures including data entry, filing systems, and phone etiquette
Customer service experience to handle inquiries professionally via phone or in person
