Sales \& Marketing Administrative Assistant

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales \& Marketing and works closely with the sales, operations, culinary, and leadership teams to support the continued growth, organization, and visibility of the A’BriTin brands.
Position Overview
As the Sales \& Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will support the sales and leadership teams with day\-to\-day administrative tasks, marketing coordination, event preparation, digital content support, and client communication. You will help keep projects moving, ensure accurate and timely follow\-up, and assist in maintaining the polished and professional experience our clients expect from A’BriTin.
This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced hospitality environment.
Essential Functions
- Support the sales team with proposals, contracts, presentations, follow\-up emails, and client communication.
- Assist with inbound inquiries, lead management, and routing information to the appropriate sales team members.
- Coordinate and organize calendars, tastings, networking events, open houses, and internal meetings.
- Help maintain CRM systems, client databases, and sales reports with accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with marketing initiatives including social media coordination, content scheduling, engagement monitoring, email campaigns, promotional materials, and website updates.
- Help track and organize website analytics, marketing performance data, and digital engagement metrics to support ongoing marketing efforts and decision\-making.
- Prepare event packets, menus, signage, and supporting materials for client meetings and events.
- Collaborate with operations, culinary, and leadership teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Support post\-event follow\-up, client feedback collection, and relationship\-building efforts.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail in all communications and projects.
- Experience in administrative support, hospitality, catering, marketing, sales coordination, event planning, or social media management preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, and basic website management preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, website analytics, and marketing tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout office and event environments for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (marketing materials, signage, samples, event supplies).
- Occasional attendance at events, tastings, networking functions, and open houses may be required.
- Work environment includes both office and event settings with varying noise levels and activity.
- $55,000–$75,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
