Be a key member of our Chiropractic healthcare office that has been practicing in the Norcross area for 49 years.

Working at our Front Desk serves as the first point of contact for welcoming patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support in our healthcare setting. Collections over the front desk, answering our office phone, making new patient appointments, rescheduling existing patients, directing any questions to the proper staff member are duties included in the position.

Any past experiences in the healthcare field or front desk admin skills are helpful but not necessary. Entry level computer skills and typing is necessary, on the job training is available.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish and English), willing to learn new skills, highly motivated, energetic, and possess strong communication and multitasking skills. They should be able to create a warm, welcoming environment for all patients, including those injured in auto accidents, athletes, and wellness patients, making them feel at home.

There is a natural progression in our office from working our front desk to learning our back office therapy skilled positions. After one year of service we offer you education for a Certified Chiropractic Assistant.

Duties

\- Greet and assist patients as they arrive.

\- Collections over the front desk.

\- Patient check\-in and check\-out processes, including verifying insurance information and scheduling appointments for both injury rehabilitation and wellness treatments.

\- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff member.

\- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

\- Assist patients in understanding their chiropractic treatment, wellness programs, and office policies.

\- Communicate with providers to facilitate smooth patient flow.

\- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.

\- Help to keep our office clean and neat, includes occasional vacuuming and emptying waste paper baskets.

\- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

\- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are a must as you will be depended upon as a key member of our office.

Compensation

\- The salary range is $14 to $16 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Over 30 hours

  • Full Availability Monday\-Friday 7:45\-6pm with 1 hour for lunch.
