### Description
Trustpoint has several openings with a respected plaintiffs’ litigation law firm in its search for Legal Assistants and Clerical Professionals for a short\-term, fully remote project. This is a high\-volume, detail\-driven assignment ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and review data from retainer agreements
- Compare agreement data against lien notices for accuracy and consistency
- Prepare accounting sheets to calculate award statements
- Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation tasks
- Utilize Excel to apply formulas and analyze financial data
- Ensure accuracy and completeness across all assigned work
- Prior experience in a legal assistant, clerical, or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
- Experience using functions such as SUM, IF, and VLOOKUP
- Ability to work with percentages, aggregations, and basic financial calculations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive, high\-volume tasks efficiently
- Willingness to complete a 15–20 minute Excel assessment
- Fully remote
- Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Short\-term contract, expected to last approximately 30 days

- This is a high\-volume screen\-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings

- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry items weighting up to 30 pounds
