Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote with Light In\-Office Support)

Location: Remote (Must be able to attend in\-office meetings \~2\-4 hours/week)

Pay: $18 \- $20/hour

Job Type: Full\-time (Availability\-focused, flexible workload)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, resourceful and adaptable Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in\-office support (approximately 2\-4 hours per week). While the day\-to\-day workload may vary and is not consistently heavy, this position requires full\-time availability, responsiveness, and flexibility.

The ideal candidate is someone who communicates well, is proactive, resourceful, stays organized, and can step in as needed to help manage scheduling, calls, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating business and personal appointments
  • Assist with phone calls, messages, and communication as needed
  • Organize meetings, reminders, and daily priorities
  • Provide general administrative support (documents, light data entry, task tracking)
  • Assist with basic tasks in Word and Excel
  • Be available during standard business hours for ongoing support, even during slower time periods
  • Help with planning office events
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or assistant experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills
  • Comfortable with using calendars, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and responsiveness
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
