Duties
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents with precision and attention to detail
- Manage incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems, providing courteous and professional customer support
- Assist with data entry tasks using computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record keeping
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing appointment schedules, and handling general inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading, copying, scanning, and filing documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings for staff members or personal assistants
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with basic office management tasks to keep the workspace organized and efficient
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and document management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and computer literacy in general
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle multi\-line phone systems confidently while providing professional support
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines consistently
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred but not required
