Patient Coordinator \& Sales Specialist (Hybrid Role)

- In pain
- Frustrated with failed treatments
- Worried about surgery
- Respond to inbound leads across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube DMs
- Qualify leads and guide them toward booking appointments
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads
- Help prospects understand if they’re a good fit for care
- Move leads through the pipeline and increase show\-up rates
- Greet and check in patients
- Create a welcoming, professional environment
- Support daily clinic operations
- Manage pipelines inside CRM (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Track KPIs (bookings, show rates, conversions)
- Keep communication organized and timely
- Assist with business tasks that improve efficiency and growth
- Support social media and client communication workflows
- Are comfortable guiding conversations toward a decision (not just answering questions)
- Have strong sales and closing instincts
- Can balance empathy with confidence when speaking to potential clients
- Are organized and can manage multiple conversations at once
- Take ownership of results, not just tasks
- Avoids sales or feels uncomfortable asking for a commitment
- Needs constant direction or supervision
- Struggles with organization or follow\-through
- Just wants a “front desk only” position
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or client coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using or learning CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- 20 hours per week
- 4 hours per day
- 3 days in\-office, 2 days remote
- $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
- Performance\-based bonus structure after onboarding

Schroth Boss is on a mission to help people with scoliosis avoid surgery and take control of their spine through specialized, non\-surgical care. We combine in\-person therapy with online coaching to reach patients who otherwise wouldn’t have access to this level of treatment.
